Other notable services are available while you are traveling and can be accessed by calling the phone number provided on your plan documents. These services include, but are not limited to:
- Medical or legal referral—names of qualified providers in the area of your trip
- Lost baggage retrieval—help with locating or replacing
- ID theft resolution assistance—assistance with initial contact with credit card companies and banks, transfer of funds, and guidelines on how to restore credit*
- Business concierge services—express/overnight delivery, print/copy/fax, and web conferencing
- Epicurean and floral delivery services—assistance with food, wine, and floral delivery to your destination
However, any charges related to services provided by a third party (such as event tickets or flowers) are the responsibility of the insured person.
